Ingredients:
- 3 cups Perfectly Plain cashews (soaked for 1-2 hours previously in water to soften)
- 1 cup coconut flakes or shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup heavy cream
Directions:
Soak cashews for 1-2 hours in water to soften them. Use a blender to blend all ingredients together. Blend for longer to make it a fluffy consistency if using for a dessert!
